1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the datarologist.com website and the requests for AI visibility audit services made through it. The services themselves are subject to a quote and, where applicable, to specific conditions accepted before any work begins.

2. Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge. Datarologist strives to keep it available but does not guarantee continuous accessibility; access may be interrupted for maintenance without notice.

3. Services and quotes

Audits are performed on quote. The scope (number of queries tested, AI models covered, level of detail) is defined in the quote accepted by the client. The search volumes communicated in the audits are estimates, obtained by extrapolating third-party data, and are presented as such.

4. No guarantee of results

AI engines evolve constantly and their answers are not controlled by Datarologist. The services are subject to an obligation of means: past results (number of citations obtained for other clients) do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

5. Ownership of deliverables

The audit report delivered to the client is intended for their internal use. The methodology, tools and document templates remain the property of Datarologist.

6. Personal data

The processing of data collected through the contact form is described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
